A deposit payment of £30 will be taken at booking. This payment secures your appointment, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of treatment.

Deposit payments are non-refundable for all ‘no shows’ and cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment time. Patients are able to reschedule their appointment without losing their deposit, if The Country Clinic is notified within 72 hours of their original booking.

- If you cancel within 72 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

- You will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment time.
