If you’re new to the clinic, start with a consultation to discuss your goals, assess your skin, review medical history, and create a personalised plan. Facials can be booked directly without a consultation (except the glass skin facial).

Important:

• A consultation is required for injectables, needling therapies (e.g., Microneedling, RF Microneedling, Pyramid Facelift), IPL, and chemical peels.
• The consultation fee is redeemable toward a treatment booked within two months.

For a comprehensive start, book the Skin Discovery Consultation, which includes advanced Observ skin scanning, personalised planning, homecare advice, and expert guidance. This consultation is non redeemable.
