PLEASE NOTE THAT INJECTABLE TREATMENTS ARE FOR OVER 18S ONLY AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT


For all new patients we recommend an initial consultation to assess your concerns and discuss the options available to you. The Consultation and Skin Analysis is free of charge. If you would like a Consultation for Injectable Treatments such as Anti Wrinkle Injections, Dermal Fillers, Profhilo, Polynucleotides, Lip Enhancement etc please book 'Consultation - Injectable Treatments' with one of our Aesthetic Nurses, Nikki or Amie. If your Consultation is for Non Injectable Treatments such as Skin Analysis, Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Radiofrequency etc please select 'Consultation - Non Injectable Treatments' with our Aesthetic Skin Therapist, Tatum. If you are unsure please give us a call on 01908 794174 and we will be able to guide you.


Due to the nature of our services we regret that we are unable to accommodate children in the clinic and should you arrive with children you will be advised to reschedule.


To ensure smooth running of our diaries we may be unable to see you if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. If you think you may not arrive on time please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid keeping other patients waiting.


If you are unable to attend your appointment please call or email the clinic to cancel so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. If you would like to reschedule your appointment please call us or email and we will arrange this for you.


Once you have completed your booking you will be sent a confirmation email. You will also receive a text reminder 2 days prior to your appointment. Please ensure you check that your email address and mobile number are correct to ensure you receive these communications.
