Megan is looking forward to welcoming you to Aesthetika. Please see below FAQ's and information with regards to booking your appointment.


BOOKING INFORMATION

  • All booked appointments will be confirmed within 48 hours.
  • Please note the booking terms & conditions at the time of booking.
  • Full payment or part payment depending on treatment type is taken at the time of booking.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled via the link in your booking confirmation up to 48 hours before the appointment. Megan will not respond to appointment rescheduling queries outwith the 48 hour period. If you cannot make your appointment within 48 hours please contact Megan via WhatsApp 07583691217.
  • Please ensure you complete your medical questionnaire and consent forms PRIOR to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in reduced treatment time.
  • For all new clients - Megan will be in touch the day before your appointment with directions/instructions.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Aesthetika clinic is based on a farm, within the farm house. On arrival please remain in your car, Megan will come and get you at your appointment time. DO NOT get out of your car and come to the door, DO NOT enter the house.


GIFT VOUCHER INFORMATION

Gift vouchers can be purchased via the website or by contacting Megan directly via WhatsApp 07583691217.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you are booking an appointment with a gift voucher please book this under the "VOUCHER" section and choose which treatment you wish to redeem your voucher against. Remember to bring your voucher along to your appointment with you, otherwise you will be charged full price for the treatment.


BRIDAL INFORMATION

NEW BRIDES MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION

Aesthetika Bride's should book their treatments as per their treatment schedules under the "BRIDAL" section.
