Once your appointment is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the procedure on arrival to clinic.

• If you are a new client requesting an appointment for 'Botox' you legally require a face to face consultation before you can be treated. So please be aware, you will NOT be treated in the initial consultation appointment.
• If you have booked for a Chemical peel, Skin Pen or Dermaplaning appointment ............. Please ensure you stop all ACTIVE skincare e.g. Retinol / Tretinoin 3 (THREE) days prior to your appointment.
