Just a small reminder- All new patients are asked to book a "new patient consultation" for their first time at the clinic. The clinic follows a 'medical model' of consultation/ assessment and diagnosis along with appropriate treatment planning. As such, we can not offer 'off the shelf' bookings for treatments without a prior assessment. This is one of the pivotal difference between a beauty clinic versus a medical-aesthetics clinic. Visage Medical prides itself on being a medical aesthetics clinic. Sufficient time must always be allowed for a full consultation, it forms a vital part of your care, hence the time allocation for this.


Please note we are unable to legally treat patients under the age of 18. It is Dr Hosier has a high sense of medical ethics, as such it is a personal decision of the clinic to not treat under 25's. If you are unsure, please reach out.


It is very important to Dr Hosier that all patients are cared for to the high standards that you would expect from a well regarded medical professional. As such there is never any pressure to have any treatments on the day. Anti-wrinkle injections may be carried out at this appoint, if time allows. Please note this is not guaranteed, as some consultations take longer than others. Please email the clinic for any further info re this or for any specific requests info@visage-medical.co.uk


For initial consultations- the booking fee is for the consultation time itself. This is a one-off fee.


Please note, all deposits are non-refundable. For treatment appointments, the booking fee goes towards generating a prescription to order the correct toxin or dermal filler ahead of your appointment. As such, this is non refundable. Please feel free to click on the below link to read our full T&Cs.


Very gently advise patients that all appointments are subject to a strict 48 hour cancellation notice. This is simply to ensure sustainable running of the clinic, as slots are in high demand. Please note this also applies to no-shows, so please do make a note of your appointment, although on booking you will get a confirmation email as well as a reminder email- but this is as a courtesy.


All appointments will have a medical history form and a consent form (for specific treatments) associated with them. Please note, this is not just a technicality. These forms are used to collect vital information to keep you safe and well cared for. Our system is very organised, and these will be send out 4 days before your appointment.
