Deposits are taken to prevent no-shows which result in a loss off revenue for your practitioner. Unfortunately this is a common occurrence if a deposit is not taken and it is with great reluctance that I have introduced this to all treatments.

All deposits are non-refundable if clients fail to attend.

A deposit is required for a consultation which will be refunded if the client doesn’t which to proceed with the treatment once they have had the consultation or can be redeemed against a treatment

- If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded
