All cancellations on the day will result in a loss of deposit

All deposits are non-refundable if clients fail to attend and will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

A deposit is required for a consultation which will be refunded if the client doesn’t which to proceed with the treatment once they have had the consultation or can be redeemed against a treatment

- If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded

- You will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of appointment and the deposit will be transferred
