All treatments require a non refundable deposit of £40. To rearrange an appointment please do so no later than seven days prior, the deposit paid will then be transferred to the new appointment. If less than seven days notice is provided, then the deposit will be lost and non transferable, this is due to limited time to fill the appointment space. However, if appointments cancelled by AJ Aesthetics due to severe weather conditions, illness or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded, but transferred to another appointment.

Please also note that failure to attend your appointment or if less than 48hours is provided, the card used for your deposit may be charged upto 50% of the treatment balance.

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST FIVE DAYS FOR ALL ANTI WRINKLE TREATMENTS! IF BOOKED WITHIN THIS TIMESCALE THIS MAY RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELLED!
