48 Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible - we require 48 hours as a minimum. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, may result in the forfeit of your booking deposit. 

Numbing cream is available for some injectable treatments - please arrive 15 minutes early and let reception know if you would like some

* Numbing is not necessary for Botox or NCTF

IMPORTANT - THE FOLLOWING MAY IMPACT OUR ABILITY TO TREAT

* Medical Questionnaires and Consent Forms must be completed prior to your arrival at the clinic - these will be in your inbox (or junk), please let us know if you've not received them. This will enable us to be aware of any previous treatments you have undertaken, medical history, allergies, and any overall health issues.

It is essential that you inform us of any changes to your medical history / medications - if for any reason you've not updated your forms or had the opportunity to do so, you MUST contact us prior to arrival to ensure we are aware of your current medical profile as this may impact our ability to perform the treatment and jeopardises your deposit.

* If you have taken antibiotics in the last two weeks, are due to have or have had any vaccinations within the last three weeks - please contact reception before arriving at your appointment as it may impact our ability to treat you.

* If you are aged 25 or younger, photo ID will be required prior to your treatment.
