A £25 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your treatment price on the day. This fee will be taken via the booking system and is strictly non refundable under any circumstances.

You accept that you are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments at least 72 hours beforehand If you give less than 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost If you give less then 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment you will be required to pay the full treatment cost 

You accept that if you have failed to attend an appointment without following the correct cancellation policy you will be liable to pay a 50% deposit on any further appointments - As part of your journey with us at Avery your details will be added to our aftercare Alumier skin portal. By making this booking you consent to us adding you and and sending you aftercare products via the Alumier portal
