On completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a medical questionnaire/consent form (treatment specific). It is important these are filled out promptly to ensure time for me to review and confirm your chosen treatment is safe for you before we proceed. If these are not completed, this may restrict your treatment time during your appointment.

Please note, a 72 hour cancellation policy applies (see t&c’s) for all treatments (excluding anti wrinkle injections).

All anti wrinkle injection deposits are non refundable as soon as the pharmacy order has been made by your practitioner. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, a £20 cancellation charge applies.
