All appointments are subject to completion of a medical questionnaire and relevant consent forms. These are sent electronically and must be completed ahead of your appointment.

Botulinum toxin ('Botox'), Profhilo and all dermal filler appointments are subject to a booking fee of £50. This is redeemable against the total cost of your appointment.
