Patch tests are required at least 24 hours prior to any brow or eyelash lifting or tinting.

- If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded

- Any booking fees paid will be deemed returnable/transferable is sufficient notice has been given. 

- You will not be able to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of appointment

- No shows/missed appointments will incur a 100% charge of the missed appointment.
