Please read a few important details...

• A 10% Deposit is required for all treatments to secure your booking.
• Please note you can reschedule an appointment up to 72 hours prior to your appointment. However, if you cancel your appointment at anytime your deposit is non-refundable.
• Once you have booked, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then receive an email with medical questionnaires and consent forms to complete prior to your appointment. Please complete these at your earliest convenience.
