Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable.

By making an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. This policy is strictly adhered to.

Rocks Aesthetics operates a 48hr cancellation policy. You may reschedule/cancel your appointment no later than 48hrs prior to the appointment. 

Any reschedules/cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit. Any no shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

Appointment Information

You will receive forms on booking your appointment, please complete these prior to attending. This information allows us to plan your treatment and ensure your appointment runs smoothly without delays.

You must be over 18 years old to make an appointment and/or receive treatment. Please bring a form of identification as you will be asked for this.

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals however there may be times where your treatment time may have to be reduced or rescheduled to another date. If the treatment has to be moved, the late cancellation fee will apply.

Please come to your appointment alone, please arrive with a clean face and free of makeup.
