To secure your appointment, a non-refundable fee of £50 will be required. This is to ensure that all of our valued patients attend their scheduled appointments as planned. Please be aware that this fee cannot be refunded, but can be applied to any treatments you receive on the day of your appointment.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and appointments may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit, as it would be considered a late cancellation. We kindly ask all patients to arrive 10 minutes in advance, to allow time to relax and complete any relevant paperwork prior to the appointment.
