BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We schedule generous appointment times to ensure you receive personalised, unhurried care.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so online or by email to enquiries@hgface.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any deposit. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, please let us know as soon as possible at enquiries@hgface.co.uk. A £35 fee will apply, and deposits will be non-refundable.
