• Please note, you must be 18 years or over to have a treatment.
• MALE CLIENTS - please kindly book in for appointments between 9am-4pm, or send an email to book. Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate evening appointments for Male Clients.
• You must not have had any BOTOX, FILLER or WAXING treatments 2 weeks before treatment.
• A £50 deposit must be made to secure your appointment. This is automatically refundable if you cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours notice - this can be done via your appointment confirmation email reschedule/cancel button.

For All Skin Treatments - please ensure you stop using any Tretinoin/Vitamin A/Retinol products at least 7 days before any treatment, and AHA/BHA products 5-7 days before any treatment.

For Perfect Peel - if you are prone to having severe Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH), you MAY require pre-peel preparation of a prescribed skincare product (eg Hydroquinone/Tretinoin). Please book in for a consultation first where we can discuss this further. It is however ideal to use a Vitamin C serum for 2-3 weeks before having the treatment as a gentler option to Hydroquinone, but pre-peel preparation is not always necessary.

For Fat Dissolving Clients - please ensure you choose the CORRECT option when booking (Lemon Bottle, Deso/Cincelar+) as there is a difference in price.

For PRP Clients - please ensure you are well hydrated (with water) before attending your appointment to improve blood circulation.
