Please familiarise yourself with the cancellation/rescheduling policy before you book your appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the treatment cost will be taken and you will need to pay another deposit and the remainder of the treatment cost at your new time/date. (Including prescription items)
- If you cancel or reschedule WITHIN 24-48 hours 50% of your treatment cost will be taken and you will need to pay another deposit and the remainder of the treatment at your new time/date. (Including prescription items)
- If you cancel or reschedule WITHIN 72-48 hours your deposit will be lost and you will need to pay another deposit and the remainder of the treatment cost at your new time/date. (Including prescription items)
- If you cancel or reschedule BEFORE 72 hours you will be able to transfer your deposit to another day or time and the deposit will be used towards your treatment.

TREATMENTS WHICH ARE PART OF A COURSE ARE NONE REFUNDABLE IF PAID UPFRONT AS YOUR PRODUCTS WILL HAVE BEEN ORDERED TO CLINIC IN ADVANCE FOR YOU.
